How to redeem rewards

• New members should log in to one room website on their smartphone and then show their My Page screen at the fan club booth at each venue.
• Membership benefits can only be redeemed once per new member who is eligible for the campaign.
• To redeem your friend referral campaign reward, both the referrer (gold key) and the new member eligible for the campaign must come to the fan club booth together. After logging into one room website on your smartphone, the new member should show their My Page screen, and the referrer should show the TOP page or their My Page membership number (membership cards are not accepted).
• The friend referral campaign is limited to one referral per new member.
• Silver Key does not offer any venue-based membership benefits or friend referral campaigns.
• The special offer will end once supplies run out.

Fan club membership registration at the booth

You can also register for the fan club at the fan club booth on the day of the performance, but after paying the membership fee at the booth, you will need to complete the registration process on your smartphone and then line up again at the "Benefits Exchange Counter" to exchange your benefits.
Please complete the membership registration process online in advance if possible before coming to our booth.
(However, please note that the "New Membership & Friend Referral Campaign" is only for those who join during the "in your humor tour 2023" tour period.)
