1. How to apply

When applying, log in with your "Plus member ID" and "password."

*You can check your Plus member ID on your My Page.

Please be sure to check your registration information (name in kanji, address, phone number) on your My Page before proceeding with your application.

If you have registered as a member of each fan club using a credit card, please be sure to check that there are no problems with your registered card information (card number and expiration date).
Please note that if your registered card information is not updated (if your card information is not up to date), you may unintentionally be unsubscribed, and you may not meet the application conditions for the fan club member advance sale you applied for, which may make you ineligible for the lottery.

2. Compatible devices

Tickets can be issued using the Ticketpla app on smartphones with an SMS contract.

• ※Electronic tickets can also be used on smartphones from overseas. You can enter your foreign phone number on the application form.

3. Email reception settings

An email will be sent from "Ticket Plaza" informing you when ticket sales begin.

If you have specified domain reception settings, please make sure to set them up so that you can receive emails from "plusmember.jp". Also, please refer to here and review your spam settings.

4. Important points to note when applying

• Applications are open to both domestic and international members.
• Each member may apply for up to two tickets per performance.
• The name you use when purchasing a ticket will be printed on it, and only the person listed on the ticket will be allowed to enter. When applying, please make sure to use the name of the person attending.
• Any transfer of tickets for a fee without the consent of the promoter is prohibited.
• All advance ticket sales will be by lottery. Tickets will not be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so please be sure to read the important points regarding the performance during the application period and apply carefully. After the application period has ended, a strict lottery will be held to determine the winners from among all applicants.
• If you wish to cancel or change your application, you can do so yourself within the application period by going to "Ticket Application History" on your My Page. If you wish to change the details of your application, after canceling, please apply again for the performance you wish to attend within the application period.
• Tickets for performances that you have been selected for cannot be canceled. Please be sure to apply for a performance that you can attend.
• We will check the validity of your credit card (authorization check). Therefore, depending on your card company, you may receive an email with instructions on how to use your card when you complete your application, but the payment will not be processed until the winners are announced.

  However, if you use a debit card or prepaid card, due to the characteristics of the card, the ticket price will be deducted immediately upon application (in the case of a prepaid card, the amount will be deducted from the charged balance).

• We are unable to answer any inquiries or requests regarding serial numbers.
• Please note that we may provide necessary information regarding your personal information in response to requests from national institutions, local governments, etc. The information you provide will not be used for any purpose other than those stated above.
• Performance dates and opening/start times may change at short notice.
• In the event of bad weather, the performance may be canceled or the content may be changed. If the performance goes ahead, we will not provide refunds even if you are unable to attend due to natural disasters or other reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
• This performance is not eligible for Ticket Plaza trading.
