We ask for your cooperation so that everyone who has come can enjoy the live performance until the very end.

Regarding health management

• You may have to wait outside for a long time during merchandise sales or before the venue opens. Please take your own health into consideration.
  Please be sure to act responsibly and avoid overexertion.
• Please make sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids.
• To prevent heatstroke, please take measures to protect yourself from the sun, such as wearing a hat or covering yourself with a towel.
• You may use a parasol while waiting in line to purchase merchandise, but for safety reasons, please be sure to close it when you reach the sales staff.
  Furthermore, to avoid any trouble or conflicts between customers due to the use of parasols, we ask for your consideration while queuing.
• If you are feeling unwell, please speak to a nearby staff member.

Regarding prohibited actions

• Please refrain from any actions that may disturb nearby houses or facilities.
• Photography and recording during the performance are strictly prohibited. Customers with cameras, video cameras, etc., must hand them over to the staff at the entrance.
• Taking photos or videos with mobile phones or other devices inside the venue is prohibited under any circumstances, regardless of whether the stage is visible or not. Furthermore, taking photos, recording audio or video, and distributing them, infringes on the artists' rights, including copyright and portrait rights, and is strictly prohibited. We ask that customers with mobile phones turn them off.
• The use of glow sticks and other light-up items, as well as fans, message boards, etc., is prohibited as they may interfere with the performance.
• Please refrain from organizing your own events inside the venue, as this may disrupt the performance and disturb other guests. Regarding events held outside the venue, please be considerate of other guests, the general public, and the facility itself, and observe proper etiquette. Please refrain from occupying large spaces or making loud noises.

Regarding other important notes

• Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Please smoke only in designated areas.
• The organizers and venue will not be held responsible for any accidents, thefts, or other incidents that occur inside or outside the venue. Please take sufficient care of your valuables.
• Customers using wheelchairs should contact the ticket office for each performance as soon as they receive their tickets.
