Regarding how to receive your tickets

Electronic tickets

You will receive the item on the smartphone you used to register.

  • After winning and payment, tickets will be displayed sequentially on the electronic ticket app (free) starting two weeks before each performance. Instructions will be sent via email when the display begins. Please configure your email settings to receive emails from "plusmember.jp" and "emtg.jp".

Delivery will be made by mail.

  • After you are selected and payment is received, your tickets will be delivered to the address you registered when applying, starting two weeks before each performance. If your delivery address changes due to moving or other reasons after June 28, 2020 (Sunday), please be sure to submit a change of address form to your nearest post office.

Regarding the illegal resale and transfer of tickets

  • Only those who have purchased these advance tickets will be admitted.
  • The illegal buying, selling (resale), and transfer of tickets are prohibited.
  • Tickets obtained through illegal resale may result in refusal of entry on the day of the event.
  • Reselling tickets for profit is strictly prohibited, and the validity of tickets that have been resold even once cannot be guaranteed.
  • Members found to have engaged in fraudulent transactions will be at a disadvantage in future lotteries.

  • If you are using an Android device, you may not be able to submit your application depending on your browser. In that case, please try using Google Chrome.
  • We cannot answer any inquiries regarding seating or the lottery.
  • Registration is not on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We cannot guarantee that all applicants will be guaranteed tickets or good seats. A lottery will be held among all applicants who apply within the specified period to determine who will be selected and who will not be selected. After the selection of selected applicants is finalized, a lottery will be held among all those who have made payment within the deadline to determine their assigned seat number and seats.
  • Even after completing your application, you can change the number of tickets, performance date, and other application details as long as it is within the entry period. You can also cancel your application within the entry period. For details, please check the Lawson Ticket website for this application.
  • In addition to the ticket price, a system usage fee of 220 yen (tax included) per ticket, as well as a shipping fee of 825 yen (tax included) for paper tickets and an electronic ticket usage fee of 825 yen (tax included) for electronic tickets will be required separately.
  • As soon as the results are announced, please be sure to check your application history in My Page (Lawson Ticket) as soon as possible. Please note that you cannot check the status in "Ticket Application Status" on one room website's My Page.
  • We do not accept cancellations after winning or purchasing tickets for any reason whatsoever. Please also note that we cannot compensate for travel expenses, transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc., if you are unable to enter the venue.
  • Please note that even in the event of a refund due to the cancellation of a performance or other reasons, we cannot refund any fees other than the ticket price.
  • Applications for commercial purposes or resale are prohibited. Please be aware of this in advance.
  • You can apply for either an electronic ticket or a paper ticket only once.
  • The Share Member feature cannot be used for this performance.
