Entry to this FC event will be via "electronic ticket (smartphone)".

With "electronic tickets," you'll receive a "Memorial Collection" to preserve your memories of the live performance!

Please check the following information regarding compatible devices for electronic tickets.

  • Electronic tickets are for smartphones only. Only smartphones with a Japanese mobile phone number starting with 090, 080, or 070 that has internet access and is registered in Japan are eligible. *iPhones require an SMS contract.

  • Feature phones (flip phones), feature phones, tablet devices, iPod touch, and easy-to-use smartphones are not compatible with electronic tickets.
  • If you do not have one of the compatible devices listed above, please apply using a paper ticket.

Please note that when applying, you will need to register your mobile phone number, and SMS verification will be required when receiving your tickets. You will not be able to receive tickets if you use a different mobile phone number than the one you registered.

If you cancel your "one room gold key" membership, you will not be able to enter the premises.

  • Please note that in such cases, ticket refunds will not be provided.
  • Please note that your membership will be automatically canceled if you do not renew it within one month of its expiration date.
  • Please be sure to complete the renewal process by the day before the performance.

Regarding identity verification

Important Notes (Please be sure to read)

  • Entry is not permitted for anyone other than the person whose name is printed on the ticket, and entry is not permitted with the ticket alone.
  • You cannot change the name of the person registered with the fan club. Joining on behalf of someone else is prohibited by the terms and conditions.
  • Entry will be refused under any circumstances if your ticket is expired, you forget your ticket or identification, or if you are not the person whose name is printed on the ticket. (This includes family members.)
    Please note that we cannot offer refunds in that case.

About photo ID

  • Your name, as registered with the fan club, will be displayed or printed on the ticket. Please be sure to bring identification that verifies that name.

  • During the identity verification process, we will compare your identification against a designated form of identification. Therefore, if you are wearing a mask or similar item, we will ask you to remove it before we can verify your identity.

Eligibility
  • Those who meet all of the following conditions
  • 1. For "one room" gold key valid members at the time of ticket purchase and on the day of the performance.
    *If your membership expires on the day of the performance, please be sure to renew it by the day before.
    *Please note that your subscription cannot be renewed if it expires one month ago.
  • 2. Only those who can definitely attend the performance on the day (entry is not permitted for anyone other than the ticket holder).
  • 3. Those who can bring a photo ID on the day of the performance (copies are not accepted).
    *Children under school age are not permitted to enter.
    *Please note that children who cannot participate alone are not permitted to be accompanied by a guardian or staff member.
    *Minors must obtain parental consent before applying. By applying or participating, you are deemed to have obtained consent.

During the application period, one room members with valid memberships, and those who newly join (including the issuance of a membership number) by the application deadline,
Only those who have completed the renewal process from inactive membership are eligible to apply.

*The time required for membership number issuance and renewal procedures to be completed varies depending on the payment method.

  • • Credit card payment… The process will be completed immediately after payment.
  • • Convenience store payment: The process will be completed within 150 minutes after payment.
  • *Even if you pay by credit card or at a convenience store, if you complete the fan club registration process close to the end of the application period, you may not be able to apply for tickets in time. Please complete the process with plenty of time to spare during the application period.

  • *Customers who purchased tickets for the Nagoya and Sapporo performances will have the same entry number and seat number. The dates listed below are applicable.

Application Guidelines
  • Applications will not be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A lottery system will be used. Winners and losers will be selected from those who apply within the specified period. After the results are determined, a lottery will be held among all those who have made payment within the deadline to determine their assigned seat number and seat. *Customers who purchased tickets for the Nagoya or Sapporo performances will receive the same seat number and seat number.
  • You may apply for rescheduled performances only once per performance date, but you can apply for multiple performances. Please apply for each performance separately.
  • For safety reasons, we are unable to allow entry for preschool-aged children.
  • Electronic tickets are available only to those with a smartphone.     *The Miyagi performance is scheduled for April 21st (Tuesday).
  • The method of distributing paper tickets varies depending on the performance.
    *For the Miyagi performance, tickets will be handed out at the venue on the day of the performance. However, a shipping fee will be charged.
    *For the Hiroshima, Hokkaido, and Osaka performances, tickets will be sent to the address registered with one room (the address registered as of April 21st (Tue)) two weeks before the performance.
    *For performances from Fukuoka onwards, tickets will be shipped two weeks before each performance. They will be delivered to the address registered with one room (the address registered one month prior to each performance).
    If you need to change your delivery address, please do so through the "My Page" section on one room website.
  • Please be sure to bring all necessary items for entry on the day of the event. Entry will not be permitted for anyone other than the person whose name is on the ticket, nor will entry be permitted with the ticket alone.
  • Cancellations after winning or purchasing tickets will not be accepted for any reason whatsoever. Entry by anyone other than the ticket holder will be refused under any circumstances (including family members). Please note that we cannot compensate for ticket costs, travel expenses, transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc., if you are denied entry.
  • Applications for commercial purposes, resale, or transfer are prohibited.
  • Once your application is submitted, you cannot change or cancel it. Please carefully review the terms and conditions before applying.
  • Please note that even in the event of a refund due to the cancellation of a performance or other reasons, we cannot refund any fees other than the ticket price.

  • Please note that even in the event of a refund due to the cancellation of a performance or other reasons, we cannot refund any fees other than the ticket price.
Important notes when applying with a credit card
  • If you use credit card payment, we will verify the validity of your credit card (authorization check).
    Therefore, depending on your credit card company, you may receive an email with instructions on how to use your card upon completion of your application.
    Card payments will not be processed until the winners are announced.

Eligibility
  • Those who meet all of the following conditions
  • 1. For "one room" gold key valid members at the time of ticket purchase and on the day of the performance.
    *If your membership expires on the day of the performance, please be sure to renew it by the day before.
    *Please note that your subscription cannot be renewed if it expires one month ago.
  • 2. Only those who can definitely attend the performance on the day (entry is not permitted for anyone other than the ticket holder).
  • 3. Those who can bring a photo ID on the day of the performance (copies are not accepted).
  • *Children under school age are not permitted to enter.
    *Please note that children who cannot participate alone are not permitted to be accompanied by a guardian or staff member.
    *Minors must obtain parental consent before applying. By applying or participating, you are deemed to have obtained consent.

During the application period, one room members with valid memberships, and those who newly join (including the issuance of a membership number) by the application deadline,
Only those who have completed the renewal process from inactive membership are eligible to apply.

*The time required for membership number issuance and renewal procedures to be completed varies depending on the payment method.

  • • Credit card payment… The process will be completed immediately after payment.
  • • Convenience store payment: The process will be completed within 150 minutes after payment.
  • *Even if you pay by credit card or at a convenience store, if you complete the fan club registration process close to the end of the application period, you may not be able to apply for tickets in time. Please complete the process with plenty of time to spare during the application period.

Application Guidelines
  • Applications will not be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A lottery system will be used. A draw will be held among all applicants who apply within the specified period to determine who is selected and who is not. After the results are determined, a lottery will be held among all those who have made payment within the deadline to determine their assigned seat number and location.
  • You can only register once. You can select up to five preferences (1st to 5th choice) in one registration.
  • For safety reasons, we are unable to allow entry for preschool-aged children.
  • Electronic tickets are available only to those with a smartphone. Please note that you will need to register your mobile phone number when applying, and SMS verification will be required when receiving your ticket. Tickets cannot be received using a different mobile phone number than the one registered during application.
  • Please note that this service is not available for feature phones (flip phones), feature phones, tablet devices (iPad, iPod, etc.), or easy-to-use smartphones.
  • Please be sure to check the compatible devices listed above before applying.
